A small studio, in Melbourne.
Mondrum is small on purpose: you deal with the people who build your system, not a call centre or an account manager.
Because the admin shouldn't win.
Mondrum builds AI systems that run day-to-day admin: first for our own online shop and household, and soon for small businesses. The same pattern kept showing up: owners who are brilliant at the work, buried under everything around it.
Most of that admin follows rules. Rules can be automated. What's left is the part that actually needs a person, and that's the part an owner should get their hours back for.
- Plain English, no jargon
- Start small and prove it, then grow
- Honest about what's worth automating, and what isn't
Good questions to ask.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If you can read an email and reply to a text, you're set. The setup is done for you, and you approve the wording of anything that goes to a customer.
What does it cost?
Pricing comes when Mondrum opens. People on the waitlist hear it first.
Will it sound like a robot?
It sounds like you. Messages are written in your tone, you sign them off before they go live, and anything unusual comes to you instead of getting an automatic reply.
Which tools does it work with?
Usually the ones you already have: Gmail or Outlook, Google or Outlook calendars, your phone, and accounting software such as Xero or MYOB. If something won't connect, you'll know up front.
What about my data?
It's built on your own accounts wherever possible, and you'll know exactly what each part can see and do. You can switch any of it off at any time. See our privacy policy.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Small, busy ones where the owner is doing the admin: service businesses, trades, studios, clinics, agencies, online shops and young companies. If you're working 60 or 80 hours a week and a chunk of it is admin, it's for you.
